Bulb Sockets

Although we have the capability to base our lamp in standard sockets, the majority of our bulb bases are produced against a specific customer drawing or description. This can support customer recognition, but more importantly, is sometimes essential in achieving the mechanical accuracy demanded by some of our applications.

The performance and appearance of a bulb depends heavily on the correct choice of base material surface coating and bonding agent. Our experience combined with both internal and external production capabilities, allows Zorn to offer the correct combination of these factors.
It is also possible to integrate our bulbs directly into a customer application which is why we also offer almost every relevant kind of wire and electrical connector.

Our flexibility also extends to the form and make up of our bulb bases which ensure mechanical accuracy, easy replacement and customer product recognition.
