Recognition of original replacement parts and the quality which they represent is essential for the long term performance of our customers’ applications in their markets. Through specific product labelling and presentation packaging, we are able to meet these demands for individual brand communication.
Our minimum order quantity is normally 1000 pieces. However, we also design and produce smaller sample quantities to support our customers’ development tests. For customers with regular delivery demands we are happy to discuss Just-In-Time delivery or similar logistics agreements. We achieve scores of over 95% satisfaction in almost all our customer surveys, which evaluate quality, delivery reliability and service.
