We herewith inform you concerning processing of your personal data. The term personal data includes all data which make reference to you as a natural person and render you “identifiable”.

Purpose of Data Processing
We only process your personal data in compliance with applicable data protection regulations. Your data are only processed as permitted by law for the following purposes or when the following circumstances prevail:
- Performance of our contractual obligations or implementation of pre-contractual measures
- Processing is stipulated by law
- You have issued consent
- On the basis of our legitimate interests
Duration of Storage and Criteria Determining Duration of Storage
We only store data made available by you for as long as required in order to fulfil the above-mentioned purposes, or for the duration of the diverse limited storage periods stipulated by law. After the respective purpose has been fulfilled or after the stipulated storage period has expired, your data are rendered inaccessible or deleted as a matter of routine in accordance with legal requirements.
We have prepared a company-internal concept for assuring adherence to this procedure.
Forwarding of Your Data to Third Parties
We only transmit your personal data to third parties if this is permissible or required by law, or if you have consented to such transmission.
In some cases, external IT service providers can access your data during the course of commissioned data processing in accordance with article 28, GDPR. In doing so, these service providers are bound by appropriate directives, compliance with which is assured by means of corresponding contracts.
If processing is conducted on the basis of consent, you have the option of withdrawing your consent for the use of your data for internal purposes, effective as of the point in time of withdrawal. Sending a corresponding e-mail to zorn@zorn-gmbh.de is sufficient to this end. Of course you also have the option of sending your written withdrawal by mail to the following address:

Reference to the Respective Rights of Data Subjects
You have the right to receive information concerning personal data which makes reference to yourself. You also have the right to demand rectification of incorrect data. Furthermore, under certain circumstances you have the right to demand deletion of your data, the right to demand restriction of the processing of your data and the right to data portability.
